Counselling
A Counseller will help you to look at your life and issues this will enable and empower you to discover the right path rather than offering advice and solutions.
The answers to this are within yourself, each individual has their own strengths and resources to be able to fulfill their own potential. Counselling is helpful when you feel “stuck” or unable to move forward with your life. Occasionally friends and family can meet these requirements but there are times when a professional who has no involvement in your life can offer a more objective view. As an experienced therapist I will aim to address your concerns sensitively and empathically in an approachable non judgemental manner.
